I’ve decided I need to either stop eating out for lunch so much or stop seeing so many movies in the theaters. Lunch out is cut this week, because I just love movies way too much. My lunch time go to at most restaurants is a caprese sandwich or salad - so I made my own. Way cheaper & just as delicious!

My lazy [but protein packed] lunchtime sandwich: Portobello brushed with light caesar dressing & grilled for 4 minutes on each side, toast w/hummus spread on it, & some mixed greens.

Peanut Butter Jelly Time!

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE PB & J’s.  I went through childhood phases where I ate them all the time, ate only jelly, only peanut butter, wanted my mom to cut the crust off - you get the picture.  But now, I just can’t pass up a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich. 

The PB&J campaign is working to have people commit to eating animal-product free meals, whether that is a PB & J or something different, to reduce our wear and tear on the environment.  Click here to take the pledge and to find out some more information!
