I’ve had several people recommend Brendan Brazier and the Thrive series he has put out, while I’m marathon training. So I thought I would give it a shot… the hardest part is going to be the cut down of caffeine - ask my friends, I always have a cup of coffee in my hands, always.

Day two of food for at work… yum. yum. yum.
I went to lunch with 3 good friends today,
None of us are vegetarians, but here is what we ordered.
- Person 1: Egg Salad Sandwich w/Brie on Multi-grain bread & mixed field greens
- Person 2: Avocado & Cheddar w/ Tomato, Cucumber, & Sprouts on Multi-grain bread & mixed field greens
- Person 3: Roasted Portobello Mushroom Burger on Cibatta w/ avocado dressing & mixed field greens
- Person 4 (me): Tomato, Mozzarella, & Basil on Cibatta & mixed field greens
I’m so proud of our unintentionally meatless lunch at Books & Books Cafe (which ps. is AWESOME if you have never eaten there).
